Occupational Health and Safety

OHSAS logo

All four Coca-Cola Hellenic Poland production plants have already received the OHSAS 18001 certificate, a vital element of the integrated management system.

The OHSAS norm is not required under Polish law, but our company decided to implement the system to improve work safety at its plants.

We began the process of implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS) in 2006. We could celebrate our success as soon as 2006 – we achieved positive results in the audits carried out by the independent Swiss certification company Societe Generale de Surveillance at our plants in Radzymin and Staniątki . In 2007 the Tylicz plant also achieved the certification. Every year certification by SGS proving efficient functioning of the system in the plants.

In 2009 Tylicz plant was certified for conformity with the Food Safety PAS 220:2008. The food safety system specifies requirements for prerequisite programmes to assist in controlling food safety risks within the manufacturing processes of international food supply chains. Radzymin Plant was certified in 2010 and the Staniątki Plant - in 2011.
