At Coca-Cola HBC Poland we make every effort to create development and self-improvement opportunities for our employees within the organisation as we believe this is the only possible way to accomplish highest goals and put the company’s strategy into practice.
Development and training programmes A number of training programmes provide professional development opportunities for employees at all levels.
We have launched the “ Go Up
” programme aimed at people with high potential and aspirations to fillmanagerial posts in the future. The selected participants will spent ayear developing their managerial skills: taking part in workshops andcarrying out managerial tasks.
The company offers other training programmes as well, such as “Leadership With Passion” and “Leader’s Guide”.
Engaging with employees
In order to ensure high motivation and involvement of our employees, weprovide employees – irrespective of their job location and position incorporate hierarchy – with equal access to information about thecompany’s life, on both domestic and other markets.
The company offers an Intranet site, “Family Magazine” employeequarterly, animated ”TV on the Go” presentations available at allbranches across Poland as well as meetings of the management team withstaff held at a different branch each month.
We also offer a wide range of fringe benefits to our full-time employees. All employees are entitled to accident insurance and a health care package. Depending on the position they are offered a different range of health services. Beverages are also offered to employees as an in-kind benefit.
